    浮肿

      从上个礼拜开始,我就注意到从大腿跟部有好几条红色的青筋一直蔓延到小腿,搞不清楚是什么状况,妈妈一看说,静脉曲张,肚子太重压迫的。我的体重已经飙升到了75公斤,真是可怕,晚上睡觉也睡不塌实,翻身的时候常常带动腹部和耻骨的疼痛,曾经有好几晚都疼的睡不着,直哼哼的。我现在最担心生完孩子我的身材回不去,别人怀孕都是长肚子,我可倒好肚子不仅长,而且肉都集中在手臂和腿这些难减的地方,到时候变成大胖子我真是要哭死,妈妈也不是那么好当的啊正在思考
      今天去医院孕检,医生说我的胆固醇和血脂都偏高,告戒我不要吃太油腻的东西,可是我除了过节那几天吃了点肉以外,这些时候大部分都吃得跟兔子差不多,以蔬菜和水果为主,想不通我到底吃什么造成的呢?以后鸡蛋也不能多吃了,吃的话也只能吃蛋白。
      躺在床上听着胎心,还是那么有劲,我现在才知道那种类似于胃痉挛的感觉其实是宝宝在肚子里打嗝,小家伙经常在我吃饭的时候踹我,打嗝,弄得我一顿饭要吃好长时间,而且还经常饿,今天早上差点就低血糖了,出了一身的虚汗。
         武汉的天气一直阴沉小雨,我只能呆在家里,每天的工作就是看书看杂志做育婴知识笔记,然后吃饭睡觉,不是一般的闷啊!

    亲爱的,做母亲的伟大之处就在于无尽的奉献呵。胆固醇和血脂都是暂时的,别太担忧,多喝汤多吃清淡的东东就好了。
    如果老觉得饿,是因为你的能量被宝宝消耗得多,你要多学习腹式深呼吸,不但可以增加血液里的含氧量提升能量,生产时还有助于缓解疼痛感,但是,禁止憋气,否则宝宝会缺氧。(腹式深呼吸是YOGA里的瑰宝之一,吸时肚子鼓起来,呼时肚子收腹,可以按吸一秒呼二秒的节奏从容地练习)。
    其次,我有朋友是营养学博士,他建议你生产后多喝汤水,多吃牛肉或牛骨,少吃猪肉或鸡,这样就不会发胖了。但他说,哺乳期不能节食,一天最好吃五顿,少食多餐,要不然宝宝断奶后你人会瘦干滴。
    最后,关于胳膊和大腿减肉肉,有两个选择,一是宝宝三个月后每天早晚瑜珈各一小时,二是每天晚上睡前徒步半小时,快走不仅可以锻炼心肺功能,还可以出汗后燃烧脂肪,当然当然,能瑜珈和徒步同时坚持,效果更好。
    人生还是需要乐观的,只要你不开心的时候,一定别忘了提醒自己,什么事都难不倒你,你一定可以笑傲超越。心宽,无处不桃源:)
